We at Hotrod Pickles & Peppers are a small family owned business with an appetite for the way things use to be and use to taste. We have held on to secret family recipes and we have never made any changes, keeping it unique & just the way our parents and grandparents prepared them. Our spicy pickles are unique and have a taste you will remember. Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and were started by my grandparents Juan and Eufemia Perea who are originally from the state of New Mexico The recipes were passed down to their children, who then taught it to me in 1998. Our main product is pickled whole jalapenos that are very different and has no other competitors. Our second product we offer is a spicy dill pickle. Again, we prepare our jalapenos with no preservatives, which deliver a crisp natural crunchy taste that is not available on the open market. Our goal is to bring our new products to the public with a health conscience old-fashioned twist; spicy pickles and pickled jalapenos. For years, our jalapenos & pickles were only shared with family members and close friends. We start our pickling process with all fresh ingredients, fresh jalapenos, carrots, and garlic.

Our pickles start with fresh cucumbers, fresh dill and fresh garlic,. All spices used are natural and contain no preservatives. We offer our pickles in 48-ounce jars and ½ gallon whole pickle jars. Our whole jalapenos are picked fresh from the fields. The crisp and crunchy texture is unlike any other jalapeno on the market. They are pickled with mild spices that enhance the natural flavors of the jalapeno chile. We offer our jalapenos in 32-ounce jars. Our products are processed in glass and contain no preservatives to keep that natural taste.

Our goal is to take our products to the public and make them remember the way food was meant to taste before the use of artificial flavors and preservatives. Our products fulfill the growing need for all natural foods with high quality taste. It is a "natural" for the demand we are targeting. Our other strong suit is our ability to fulfill the growing American fascination for hot & tasty food. This country is on a hot and spicy frenzy, perfect for our products. In addition, the rest of the world is looking at the United States for the next craze. We are additionally test marketing two more all-natural spicy products, which have shown much promise.
